We have an opportunity for a Clinic Manager to join our team in Northwood. The Clinic Manger will manage and coordinate all aspects of the Clinic including diagnostics and ExpressCare, ensuring efficient service delivery that meets revenue targets and cost efficiency goals. The Clinic Manager will play a key role in defining the clinics mission, goals, budget, and performance standards, and effectively communicating these to the staff. This role requires the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization, taking initiative and exercising independent judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: FINANCIAL Prepare and participate in the preparation of annual operating plans and monthly reports. Ensure the clinic operates within agreed budgetary and financial levels. Monitor daily operations and respond promptly to any deviations from the plan. Supervise financial management, including invoicing, information preparation, existing reports, data, and cash handling. OPERATIONAL ACTIVITIES Maintain clinical and administrative staff rosters, annual leave, sick leave, and resourcing to ensure the clinic is fully staffed at all times. Actively manage schedules to ensure the clinic runs at optimal levels. Monitor clinic performance, including patient wait times, treatment outcomes and overall patient satisfaction Oversee the management of patient complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Increase utilization and clinic productivity. Liaise with the Operations Director on management, operational issues, and performance. Oversee facilities management and associated costs. Collaborate with the Operations Director to prepare and execute local operational plans. QUALITY Adhere to all company policies, procedures, protocols, and guidelines. Maintain JCI standards by ensuring staff awareness of company policies. Regularly update Hygiene & Health & Safety reports. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Understand the local competitive landscape and relay new developments or trends to the management team. Identify new business opportunities, evaluate potential for service expansion, and identify acquisition targets HUMAN RESOURCES Interview, induct, and develop personnel. Complete annual performance evaluations for all staff. Plan and execute an effective communication model, including staff meetings, individual meetings, and feedback sessions to ensure communication flows freely between senior management and front-line staff. Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree in healthcare management, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a diagnostic imaging/ radiology setting or Urgent Care Setting A clinical background as a Clinic Nurse Manager would be beneficial but not essential Experience of managing P&L and understanding budgets Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards in Ireland. Proficiency in healthcare management software and systems.
