Role Overview We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused Leisure Centre Managerto lead and grow our Halcyon membership experience.
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, driving membership engagement, supporting wellness programming, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the facility.
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Operations Manage daily operations of the Halcyon leisure facilities (gym, pool, thermal area & wellness studio).
Recruit, train and supervise a high-performing leisure team.
Oversee cleanliness, safety and presentation standards throughout the centre.
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
Membership Growth & Engagement Act as the ambassador for Halcyon membership - welcoming, enrolling and onboarding new members.
Maintain strong relationships with existing members and promote member-only benefits.
Drive initiatives to increase membership retention and satisfaction.
Customer Experience Deliver a premium guest experience aligned with our brand values.
Handle member enquiries and feedback with professionalism.
Work collaboratively with Spa, F&B and hotel teams to ensure seamless cross-departmental service.
Fitness & Wellness Programming Schedule and oversee wellness classes, personal training opportunities and member events.
Collaborate with trainers and wellness professionals to enhance member value.
