We use advanced development tools, AI, data science, and innovative approaches to improve the healthcare system.As Associate Director of General Management, you’ll be responsible for working with key business and technical partners to develop industry-leading data solutions that provide insights and analytics to drive efficiency and value to clients.Schedule: Full-time position with standard working hours of Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm.Primary ResponsibilitiesManage intake, communications, and tracking of change activities (internal, Regulatory, Compliance) across Business and Technical Functions.Develop process flows and controls to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of change activities.Partner with key stakeholders regarding change activity impact, risks, and issues.Lead and coordinate change activity discussions with stakeholders and impacted functions.Ensure compliance with the change/governance process, highlighting non-compliance, risks, and issues in a timely manner.You will be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that challenges you and provides clear directions for success, along with development opportunities for other roles you may be interested in.Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Analysis or a comparable discipline, with prior experience in governance and tracking roles being advantageous.Advanced analytical skills to compile, structure, examine, and present substantial data with accuracy and thoroughness.Project management skills and experience.Ability to coordinate across multiple time zones with demanding stakeholders.Ability to translate business needs and requirements to a technical audience.Awareness of technology delivery pipelines.Preferred QualificationsProcess Improvement Certification - Lean Six Sigma, etc.Experience in leadership reporting and communication.Experience with project management / Agile development methodology.Cloud-based technology certification.Healthcare / Pharmacy experience.Soft SkillsExcellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills, capable of simplifying change impact to non-technical audiences.Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with maturity.Please note you must currently be eligible to work and remain indefinitely without restrictions in the country you are applying to.
