Temporary General Admin Assistant
to support core business operations during a busy period. This is a

, well-suited to someone who is organised, confident using Excel, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities of Temporary General Admin Assistant:
* Provide
temporary administrative
support to internal teams.
* Create and manage spreadsheets using Excel or Google Sheets.
* Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
* Assist with scheduling, diary management, and internal coordination.
* Prepare and update documents, records, and reports.
* Liaise with internal departments and external contacts as required.
* Perform general office support and ad hoc admin duties as needed.
Requirements for Temporary General Admin Assistant Job:
* Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
* Confident using Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data organisation.
* Professional phone manner and strong communication skills.
* Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
* Proactive, adaptable, and available at short notice for a
temporary contract.
