Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Professional to join our field-based team in Dublin. This role requires regular travel to customer sites across the area, driving business growth through key account management and sales excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive sales performance across Retail, Independent Stores, and Wholesale channels
* Establish strong relationships with customers through effective key account management and communication
* Identify and communicate merchandising opportunities to ensure optimal space allocation and visibility of our brands on shelf
* Provide cover for current Field Sales teams during journey planning to ensure effective coverage of the account base and implement territory business plans
Requirements:
* Previous experience in face-to-face sales within an FMCG business
* Strong relationship-building skills with retailers and other stakeholders
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build rapport quickly
* Team player with an understanding of wider team goals and how you can impact them
* Able to manage time and resources effectively, using your initiative to drive results
* Able to set and meet challenging targets, demonstrating self-motivation and a proactive approach
