Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Director to lead the design and delivery of comprehensive development programmes in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the talent development team, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with organisational objectives
* Design and deliver structured development programmes for professional services staff, focusing on skills enhancement and career progression
* Oversee external training providers, guaranteeing programme quality and Return on Investment (ROI)
* Plan and facilitate learning events and engagement campaigns that foster a strong culture and connection among employees
* Promote mentoring and knowledge sharing across the organisation, encouraging a culture of continuous learning and improvement
* Partner with senior leaders on strategic Learning & Development initiatives and projects, ensuring seamless integration with business objectives
* Manage L&D budgets, timelines, and reporting, providing transparent insights into programme performance
* Analyse data insights to evaluate and enhance programme impact, leveraging metrics to inform future programme development
* Leverage the Learning Management System to deliver personalised, self-directed learning experiences, catering to diverse employee needs and preferences
* Ensure all programmes align with the organisation's Learning & Development strategy, embedding a culture of growth and excellence
