Key Responsibilities
* Manage manufacturing system data accuracy, including stock alignment, backflush materials, consumption verification, and error resolution across multiple platforms.
* Support system testing, development, and user training to ensure best practices across manufacturing systems.
* Coordinate with finance, production, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth month-end closures and system integration for new products and trials.
* Lead reporting, troubleshooting, and system optimization to improve operational efficiency and compliance.
As a Manufacturing Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of manufacturing system data, supporting system testing and development, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Your goal will be to optimize system performance and improve overall efficiency.
Requirements
Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential, with exposure to SAP or similar systems being desirable. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required, as well as proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort with technical system interfaces. A relevant third-level qualification is also preferred.
