ICT Technical Specialist
The role of ICT Technical Specialist involves overseeing the day-to-day operation of computer systems and networks to facilitate task accomplishment.
* Cover for the Operations Manager during scheduled absences.
* Evaluate each issue based on severity and complexity, resolving problems in a manner that maximizes productivity.
* Collaborate with technical and non-technical personnel.
Required experience includes:
* No less than 5 years' experience in a comparable position.
* Prior experience in dispersed network environments.
* Setup, configure, and maintain WAN communication links utilizing diverse technologies.
* Familiarity with a wide range of hardware, including servers, routers, firewalls, personal computers, laptops, and printers.
* Familiarity with various operating systems such as Windows Server, Windows 10, and Windows 11.
