What We Look For

Background in Engineering, Technology, Mathematics or Science.
Experience in creating policy/regulation solutions for the energy transition.
Knowledge of ESG integration, decarbonization, energy transition, distribution operations, grid management, circular economy, EHS and environmental management.
Desired experience areas:
Energy policy and regulation
Energy market design and modelling
Power system operational policy and applications
Your Key Responsibilities
Lead delivery of challenging transformation projects across sectors.
Apply transformation methodologies to deliver solutions.
Provide rigorous analysis, research and data‑driven decision‑making.
Work effectively within teams, managing multiple priorities.
Develop and deliver leading‑edge client solutions.
Present and facilitate robust, evidence‑based recommendations.
Produce high‑quality outputs on tight deadlines.
Skills and Attributes for Success
To qualify you must have:
At least 5 years of experience with a consulting firm or in industry, ideally in core sectors.
Strong academic record, including a third‑level degree.
Client‑facing experience and stakeholder engagement.
Ideally you also have experience delivering:
Strategy implementation, road‑maps and planning.
Trend analysis to assess market landscape and guide business model reinvention.
Operating model design and development, workshops.
Business and commercial case development for new investment or policy changes.
