The Ideal Candidate
* Someone with a high attention to detail and that can take charge of the service in the absence of the floor manager.
* Someone with the ability to manage a situation and deal with customer complaints in an empathetic manner.
* Someone who can join the team with minimal training and 'hit the ground running'
* Someone who has a love for hospitality and experiencing new things.
* The 'gift of the gab' goes a long way.
* Ability to communicate in English, both orally and written, with guests and employees. Additional languages are a bonus but not essential.
* Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
* Bar experience is a bonus.
* Knowledge of beer, spirits & wine.
* Basic cocktail knowledge and experience is not necessary but is a bonus.
Minimum requirements:
* Position requires 2 years previous Food & Beverage experience in a management role.
* An Irish passport

Pay: From €29.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
