Responsibilities
* Ensure service standards are consistently upheld and continuously improved
* Develop and update the restaurant offering in line with guest expectations and industry trends
* Manage staff rosters, stock levels, budgets, and costs in accordance with company targets
* Provide ongoing training and development to team members, fostering a high-performance culture
* Lead the team with a focus on guest experience, service excellence, and teamwork
* Build strong, positive relationships with both guests and staff
* Work closely with the Head Chef to maintain seamless communication between front- and back-of-house
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Restaurant Manageror Assistant Restaurant Manager in a high-volume, quality-driven hotel or restaurant setting
* Strong leadership and organisational skills with a focus on team development
* Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
* Proven experience managing stock, budgets, and operational costs
* A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
