Job Title: HR Generalist - Recruitment and Employee Relations Specialist
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team as a Recruitment and Employee Relations Specialist. This is a permanent full-time position that will provide full cycle recruitment support, employee onboarding, inductions and participate in grievances/disciplinaries & investigations.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Lead the recruitment process/cycle screening candidates, interviews, onboarding
* Drive performance management
* Provide guidance on grievance and disciplinary matters
* Manage employee benefit programs
* Participate in employee wellness programs, and cultural workshops
* HR metrics & reporting staff absenteeism, turnover etc
* Participate in Employee Orientation, Development and Training, administrative staff meetings
* HR project work
Requirements:
* 3-4 years HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing or operational environment
* 3rd Level HR/CIPD qualification or working towards
* MUST HAVE experience with employee disciplinaries & grievances essential
* Experience with ER Employee Relations
* Working knowledge of Irish Employment Law
* Experience using ERP/HR management systems
* Proficient with MS office i.e. Word, Excel & PowerPoint
* Ability to work in fast-paced environment within a team environment.
