Arnold's Hotel, Dunfanaghy is currently recruiting an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with previous experience working in a professional kitchen who is confident running a section and maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Running and managing a designated section of the kitchen
* Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard
* Ensuring all food preparation meets HACCP and food safety standards
* Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with menu preparation and service
* Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within your section
* Minimising waste and using stock efficiently
* Supporting and guiding junior kitchen staff when required
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
* Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
* Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Passion for good food and maintaining high standards
