We are seeking to recruit an administrative officer for Tullamore Mart. Reporting directly to mart management, the successful candidate will need to be an excellent team player as they will work closely with others within a strong team environment.
Duties to include
· Preparing for sales on mart days including inputting animals for sale in the mart IT system.
· Dealing with and assisting customers.
· Management, as part of a team, payments from buyers.
· Balancing Sales.
· Bank Reconciliations.
· Clerking.
· Other ad hoc duties.
Candidate profile
· Financial and accounting competency.
· An understanding of the livestock or agricultural industry.
· Strong customer service attitude.
· Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both internal and external sources.
· The ability to work under pressure, multitask and work under own initiative.
