We are now seeking a HR Administrator (Grade 4) to join our HR Team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who is looking to develop their career within HR in a fast-paced, purpose-driven organisation.
About the Role
As a HR Administrator, you will be a key support within the HR Department, acting as a first point of contact for staff and providing high-quality administrative support across a wide range of HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
· Act as first point of contact for general HR queries from employees and managers
· Support onboarding and offboarding processes including documentation, checklists, system setup and exit paperwork
· Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in line with compliance requirements
· Prepare employment contracts, letters, and HR-related documentation
· Provide administrative support with recruitment & selection including advertising, scheduling interviews, and preparing interview packs
· Provide administrative support throughout disciplinary, capability and grievance proceedings
· Support HR team with documentation, evidence collection and minute taking
· Provide guidance to managers on correct procedures
· Assist in the preparation of HR reports (e.g., absenteeism, starters/leavers, census reports)
· Provide support for audits, policy updates, and compliance activities
· Assist with staff engagement initiatives, HR communications, and intranet updates
· Support HR projects and continuous improvement efforts
· Undertake any other duties as required
Role Requirements
· Minimum 5 years' administrative experience, preferably within HR or similar support role
· Working knowledge of Disciplinary & Grievance procedures
· Minute taking experience desirable
· Qualification in Administration required
· Degree in a Human Resources discipline is an advantage
· Proficiency in MS Office and strong general IT skills
· Professional, diligent, and well organised with strong attention to detail
