Junior Accounts Assistant
What you’ll do
Support the day-to-day running of the Accounts office
Reconcile daily cash and prepare bank lodgements
Process invoices, supplier payments & employee expenses
Assist with sales reports and weekly financial reporting
Support month-end processes (journals, P&L, reconciliations)
Assist with stocktakes and cost control
Monitor food margins and purchasing trends
Liaise with suppliers and group office
Handle queries from suppliers professionally
Provide ad hoc reports and analysis

Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Interest in finance within a hotel environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
A proactive and positive attitude
