Job Summary
As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support in employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinaries, occupational assessment coordination, ER data analysis and PowerPoint creation.
Responsibilities
* Provide general administrative support to the employee relations department.
* Assist with performance management, disciplinaries, occupational assessments and ER data analysis.
* Support the creation of PowerPoint presentations for various purposes.
Requirements
* Recent relevant experience within an HR environment providing administrative support is preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, is required.
* Excellent attention to detail, data accuracy and organisational skills are essential.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work independently are also necessary.
