OverviewSenior Technical Program Manager to lead a centralized analytics function for global datacenter operations. This role will manage and continuously improve a Dynamics365-based Operational Readiness platform that integrates data from the Site Transition Program (STP) and Continuous Evaluation Program (CEP), bridging data silos and enabling consistent, high-quality decision-making. The Sr. TPM will develop PowerBI dashboards and analytics to transform Operational Readiness data into actionable insights, driving strategic alignment, governance, and cross-functional collaboration across teams.ResponsibilitiesAlign with Microsoft culture, objectives and operational standards.Deliver best-in-class operational capabilities.Manage and continuously enhance the Dynamics365-based Operational Readiness tool supporting operational processes, improving functionality, integration, and user experience.Ensure analytics initiatives and tooling support broader business objectives and adhere to regulatory and compliance frameworks.Establish and maintain governance standards for data across Operational Readiness.Define consistent metric definitions, enforce data quality controls, and ensure uniform reporting practices across regions and teams.Lead the development and scaling of shared analytics platforms and PowerBI dashboards that serve multiple regions and functions.Unify tooling and reporting frameworks to provide a single source of truth for operational metrics.Translate raw data into actionable insights that drive operational improvements.Track and communicate the value of integrated analytics to stakeholders by producing executive-level reports and presentations.Build strong working relationships with Engineering Groups (EGs), key partners and Landlord partners.Work with regional and global peers to identify, create and share best practices across the entire data center portfolio.Create an environment to promote learning and innovation opportunities.Understand Microsoft’s day-to-day operation, management and maintenance expectations for critical plant, equipment, controls and processes including operating procedures, standards, change management and drills.QualificationsRequired Qualifications:Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Engineering – Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or equivalent experience.Experience in data center, pharma, or large-scale manufacturing operations environment.Preferred Qualifications:Significant experience in End-to-End delivery for new Data Centers and/or critical environments.Program management capabilities.Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change.Experience leading and managing a business-critical function.Understanding of uptime methodologies and business-critical digital platforms.Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams and leaders to implement continuous improvement.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail.Ability to operate within an ambiguous environment and create clarity.Background Check RequirementsAbility to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required.
