Essentials: 2+ years' marketing experience in property or building construction sectors
Location: Office-based in Dublin 2
Salary & Package: €40,000 - €50,000, bonus scheme, pension plan.

Responsibilities
Support the delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple developments.
Coordinate campaigns, manage digital platforms, and work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality brand delivery.
Manage and update property portals, websites and external sales platforms such as Daft.ie & MyHome.ie
Analyse campaign performance and market trends
Create and manage content across social media and internal platforms
Assist in the rollout of the annual marketing plan
Coordinate events, photoshoots, video and digital content production
Ensure all marketing materials are delivered on time and aligned with sales plans
Maintain brand consistency and manage marketing asset libraries
