The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in hospitality operations, cost control, compliance, and people management. They also drive long-term success through performance reviews, team development, compliance audits, and financial reporting.Key DeliverablesOperational ManagementLead daily operations across all F&B outlets, ensuring seamless service and high-quality standards.Coordinate shift planning, floor coverage, and daily pre-service briefings.Conduct walk-throughs to monitor cleanliness, service flow, and ambiance.Support the kitchen and events teams to ensure smooth communication and execution during service.Track key performance indicators such as table turn times, guest feedback, and service wait times using platforms like EverGuest and OpenTable.Ensure daily handovers and shift reports are completed accurately and consistently.Stock Management & Financial PerformanceIn the absence of the F&B Operations Manager or Bar Manager, help conduct stocktakes weekly or monthly as needed for the property.
