Role Overview
* Manage and coordinate day-to-day site operations
* Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively
* Ensure project timelines, goals, and quality standards are met
* Oversee civil and groundworks teams on-site
* Keep detailed records including timesheets, supplier logs, and safety documentation
* Uphold strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
* Support strong communication between site teams and project managers
Requirements
* Previous experience in a Site Supervisor or similar role
* Background in civil works, ideally with a focus on water infrastructure or utilities
* Current safety and site management certifications
* Solid leadership and problem-solving skills
* Strong organisational and communication abilities
