Role Overview
Manage and coordinate day-to-day site operations
Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively
Ensure project timelines, goals, and quality standards are met
Oversee civil and groundworks teams on-site
Keep detailed records including timesheets, supplier logs, and safety documentation
Uphold strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Support strong communication between site teams and project managers
Requirements
Previous experience in a Site Supervisor or similar role
Background in civil works, ideally with a focus on water infrastructure or utilities
Current safety and site management certifications
Solid leadership and problem-solving skills
Strong organisational and communication abilities
