Due to an internal promotion, we now have an exciting opportunity for a talented Chef de Partie to join our award-winning kitchen team at the Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Cork.

What you’ll be doing:
* Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes in your section
* Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu creation and development
* Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, safety, and presentation
* Managing stock control and minimising waste
* Supporting the training and development of junior team members
* Working collaboratively to ensure smooth kitchen operations
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen
* Passion for food and commitment to excellence
* Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
* A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
* Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
