This role would suit an ambitious accounting professional looking to progress their career and take a step up to senior accountant in a broad accounting role in a dynamic and supportive team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
* Prepare monthly management accounts for all statutory entities.
* Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts.
* Support with the budgeting process.
* Analyse overheads and investigate any variances.
* Work closely providing analysis and support to the commercial function.
* Identify areas for improvements and efficiencies in current processes.
* Assist external auditors with the annual audit process.
* Ad hoc projects as required.
ABOUT THE PERSON
* Ideally Big 4 trained qualified accountant with minimum 4 years PQE.
* Must have PQE within industry.
* Previous experience in financial reporting and the preparation of monthly management accounts.
* Excellent communication skills, with ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels.
* Organised with the ability to meet various deadlines.
* Ambitious professional, who consistently strives for improvements.
* Strong IT skills, particularly Excel.
