We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team.
As a key representative of our company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
About the Role The role involves acting as the first point of contact with customers, either in person or by telephone/email.
Your goal will be to convert customer enquiries into service bookings when appropriate.
You will inspect vehicles to accurately identify and verify all customers' service needs, capturing concerns on job cards correctly.
Accurate record-keeping is essential, including clarifying payment options at the time of booking and confirming pickup times.
Promote sales of appropriate services, parts, and accessories by understanding vehicle requirements thoroughly.
Identify prospective new/used car sales prospects and communicate with the sales department effectively.
Requirements An excellent professional phone manner and work ethic are essential for this role.
A background in the motor industry or similar experience with a premium brand would be advantageous but not necessary.
