Project Coordinator

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to coordinate our projects from start to finish. This includes planning, organizing, and executing project tasks, as well as ensuring timely completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate project activities, including planning, organizing, and executing project tasks.
* Ensure timely completion of projects by coordinating with team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
* Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
* Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any potential risks or issues.
* Maintain accurate records and reports, including project documentation and metrics.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years' experience working in digital construction domain with a minimum of 2 years' experience in BIM coordination.
* Higher Education in Construction or related fields.
* Expertise in model management and coordinating (clash coordination) applications, project delivery/handover formats(e.g. COBie/COINS etc.), field Data Capture, QA/QC, BIM Execution Plan (BEP), Common Data Environment (CDE).
* Good management and communication skills (written and verbal).
