Experience Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year experience working in a busy office environment
* Must be familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

What You’ll Do:
* Manage all telephone inquiries professionally and direct calls to the appropriate personnel efficiently.
* Monitor Unique IQ and staff attendance.
* Contact Caregivers to confirm shifts via our login system.
* Assist with payroll and invoicing administration.
* Assist with accounts receivable administration.
* Greet and assist new Job Applicants, Caregivers, Clients, and suppliers courteously, whether on the phone or in person.
* Schedule appointments on shared calendars as needed.
* Prepare forms, information packs, and journals.
* Scan Client activity logs into client files.
* Open and distribute daily post.
* Send outgoing correspondence.
* Respond to or forward emails appropriately.
* Maintain adequate supplies of stationery, toners, and office supplies.
* Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
* Monitor PPE stocks and reorder as necessary.
* Support HR with Caregiver compliance.
* Administer anniversary and birthday cards for clients.
* Handle Client Service Enquiries and follow up using email templates.
* Record all enquiries in our internal CRM tracker.
