Restaurant Management Opportunity
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of our café and overseeing the planning and coordination of our growing catering arm.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and supporting a dynamic team
* Overseeing café floor operations and customer service delivery
* Managing staffing, rotas, hiring, and training
* Driving sales and maintaining high standards
* Coordinating catering bookings, menu planning with head chef, and logistics
* Monitoring stock levels, supplier relations, and cost controls
* Upholding food hygiene, health & safety, and quality standards
* Responding to customer feedback and handling operational issues professionally
* Understanding and managing key business margins (KPI)
* Assisting in strategic business planning
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organisational, and multitasking skills, as well as a proactive approach to problem-solving. A passion for food, coffee, and awareness of industry trends and innovations is also desirable.
