Revenue Enablement Administrator Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Revenue Enablement Administrator to support the smooth execution of processes and tools that drive sales productivity and customer success.
* Manage and resolve support tickets through Salesforce, ensuring timely issue resolution.
* Maintain data accuracy by updating internal records, spreadsheets, and dashboards.
* Collaborate with internal teams via email and MS Teams to support cross-functional workflows.
* Monitor and troubleshoot job posting issues, identifying and addressing problems proactively.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experienced administrator with at least 2 years in an office-based support role.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong working knowledge of other MS Office applications.
* Detail-oriented and accurate, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Adaptable and tech-savvy, comfortable with evolving processes and systems.
* Strong organisational skills, able to prioritise and manage a busy workload effectively.
