All of our services are delivered in specialist environments by a world-class team, with uncompromising patient safety standards.As a key member of the Pharmacy Leadership Team, the Lead Pharmacy Technician will provide leadership and operational management for the core pharmacy operational services. In collaboration with the Pharmacy Leadership team, you will implement service development strategies to ensure the delivery of a high quality, innovative pharmacy service which consistently meets the needs of all service users.The post-holder will manage workforce planning, operational services and training and development of the technical team. They will also be responsible for analysing relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), audit and financial results and preparing reports.This is a fantastic opportunity for a a Technician with a passion for Oncology, Transplant and Haematology, (however experience in these areas are not compulsory).
