About the Role
As a Solutions Consultant (also known as Deal Making Consultant, Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer) you will be the visionary who transforms customer experiences and guides prospects through the entire sales cycle.

Qualifications
Excellent communication skills: Clear articulation of complex ideas and engagement with diverse audiences.
Fluency in German.
Proven problem‑solving ability: A track record of creative solutions to unique business challenges.
A passion for technology: Curiosity about the latest trends and eagerness to learn.
Strong interpersonal skills: Rapport building with clients and colleagues from all walks of life.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic team environment and able to travel occasionally.
Bonus points for:
Fluency in one or more languages beyond German and English.
Experience in solution engineering, consulting, delivery, or training.
A degree or equivalent experience.
