A global, innovation-led organisation is seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst to join its high-performing Finance function in Cork.

You’ll work alongside a large, international finance team supporting a wide range of business functions across EMEIA, including operations, supply chain, retail, and digital services.
This role sits within the Trade Compliance team, with a focus on Customs and Indirect Tax compliance across Europe, the Middle East, India, and Africa.
About the Role
You will play a key role in ensuring compliant and efficient movement of goods across international markets, supporting a highly automated and complex supply chain environment.
Supporting daily operations for the clearance of goods and shipments across multiple business areas
Reviewing and approving invoices related to import VAT and customs duties across the EFTA region
Preparing Certificates of Origin for customers in relevant jurisdictions
Managing error handling processes and supporting system improvements
Driving continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain processes
Partnering with cross-functional teams, including Logistics, Retail, Planning, Accounts Payable, and Finance
Responding to queries from Tax and Customs Authorities
Building a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations in relation to customs compliance
About the Person
Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
Proven expertise in HTS classification, customs valuation and rules of origin (import/export)
Solid knowledge of EU, UK, and EFTA customs regulations
High attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines
Systems experience (Excel, SAP or other ERP systems)
Supply chain experience is advantageous
Additional European languages are a plus
