Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Learning Consultant to join our team. As a key member of the global L&D Leadership Team, you will specialize in designing and delivering effective learning programs, sales training and enablement.
In this role, you will work closely with our Commercial Effectiveness and Transformation team to lead both strategy development and execution in the aligned region. Your goal will be to enable our commercial members to be more effective, efficient, and successful.
You will oversee the end-to-end process of commercial learning programs, from design and development to delivery and evaluation. You will also identify and prioritize commercial capabilities and skills, determine learning needs, and develop personalized, sustainable and scalable learning architecture.
Additionally, you will leverage digital tools, including AI, to enhance the overall learning experience. You will facilitate learning and deliver training, lead network/community of facilitators, and evaluate effectiveness and impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Program Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of commercial learning programs.
* Needs Assessment: Identify and prioritize commercial capabilities and skills and determine learning needs.
* Sustainable and Scalable Learning Architecture Design: Develop personalized, sustainable and scalable learning architecture.
* Digital Tools and AI: Leverage digital tools, including AI, to enhance the overall learning experience.
* Learning Journeys: Develop and implement capability-based learning journeys.
* Facilitate Learning and Deliver Training: Lead engaging and participatory learning sessions.
* Lead Network/Community of Facilitators: Develop and coach a network of facilitators.
* Evaluate Effectiveness and Impact: Measure the effectiveness and impact of learning programs.
Requirements
* Sales Enablement: 8+ years of experience in sales training, sales enablement or sales leader preferred.
* Digital Literacy: Skilled with digital tools and AI and ability to train others in those areas.
* Cognitive Processes: Understanding how people think, learn, and remember information.
* Learning Design: Deep knowledge of instructional design and learning experience design.
* Global Matrix Organization: Experience of working in an international, multi-cultural, and matrix environment.
* Leasing and Financial Services: Previous industry experience in leasing, financial services a nice to have.
* Change Management: Experience with leading change projects.
* Social Learning Theories: Familiarity with theories like Bandura's Social Learning Theory.
