HR Business PartnerDublin West - Hybrid 3 days on site (+ some international travel)Reporting to the Head of HR EMEA, you will support your designated business unit executive and team as a trusted advisor. Delivering best practice people partnering across the full employee life cycle and leading relevant programmes for the group. You will also act as a key member of both the Ireland based HR team and to the wider group across the UK & EMEA. You will be supported by a strong and well resourced people services team and work with specialist HR centers of excellence.Key candidate requirements:Degree level qualification in HR or related degree.6 years + HR in a similar business facing role.The ability to deliver both strategic and operational HR support in a fast paced, high performance culture.Excellent knowledge of Irish and European employment law.Broad experience managing and leading people programmes and projects, driving engagement & change.A flexible attitude to changing priorities, pragmatic and employee centric with an appreciation for commercial business objectives.Excellent people skills, open communication style and coaching abilities.Travel requirements with this role require flexibility and commitment to business travel as required.Apply nowor contactin confidence to learn more.full job description to shortlisted candidates
