As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the overall growth of our organization while maintaining our core values. Your expertise will be crucial in determining, designing, and implementing innovative learning experiences that foster continuous development among our employees.

* Determine, design, and implement cutting-edge learning strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
* Design and deliver engaging learning experiences, manage learning projects, facilitate workshops, and identify opportunities for improving our L&D programs.
* Develop, plan, and provide tailored learning interventions aligned with our organizational strategy, employee needs, and company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with agreed training vendors on scheduling, attendance, and evaluation of training events.
* Ensure all statutory and required training needs are planned and executed to schedule.
* Collaborate with HR and business leaders in designing and building an organization-wide Graduate program, establishing relationships with third-level institutions, defining the graduate intake process, and shaping the graduate experience.
* Work closely with HR and stakeholders to design and deliver customized onboarding solutions for new hires.
Requirements:
1. Relevant degree (e.g., HR, L&D).
2. 5+ years of directly related experience in instructor-led training, facilitation, project management, talent development, or learning and development.
3. Knowledge of adult learning theory, human resource development, and relevant content areas.
4. Fluency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Outlook).
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Proven problem-solving and organizational skills with a structured approach.
7. High self-motivation, flexibility, reliability, diligence, and initiative.
8. Ability to work effectively in a team.
9. Strong customer focus with excellent communication skills.
