Are you a detail-oriented individual with experience as a Payroll Specialist? We are currently seeking a full-time payroll Specialist to join our client's team in Newcastle, Co. Dublin. This is initially a temporary position.
 
Main responsibilities will include:
 8. Managing fortnightly and monthly payrolls ensuring accurate and timely processing
 9. Handling high volumes of data, including anomalies, timesheets, shift uplift rates, starters, finishers, and pension calculations 
 10. Utilizing the busy PR system to process payroll efficiently
 11. Collaborating with the HR department and other teams to ensure accurate employee data and payroll information 
The ideal candidates for this opportunity would have:
 12. 3-5 Years of experience as a payroll specialist or similar position
 13. Proficiency in using payroll software
 14. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle a high volume of data
 15. Excellent organisational and time management skills
 16. Knowledge of payroll processes and employment regulations
 17. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
