Join a leading insurance provider as aCompliance AnalystAs aCompliance Analyst, you will play a key role in strengthening conduct, consumer protection, and regulatory compliance processes within a highly respected international insurer. You'll support critical product approval, conduct oversight, and regulatory initiatives while working closely with senior compliance leaders.Contract DetailsLocation: Dublin (Hybrid – 2 days per week in office)Contract Length: 6 months (with visibility to extend)Key ResponsibilitiesSupport conduct and product approval processes, including committee participation, governance reporting, and MI updates.Contribute to the Consumer Protection Code (CPC) implementation plan, running into March/April.Assist with horizon scanning and regulatory change management across the business.Support the Complaints Officer in monitoring and reviewing complaints activity.Help deliver the annual Compliance Plan, with emphasis on Conduct Risk.Review and assess compliance breaches, coordinating remediation with Group Compliance and local teams.Prepare inputs for regulatory and internal reporting, including Director Compliance Statements.Key RequirementsStrong experience in Irish compliance, ideally within insurance (retail or commercial with consumer exposure).Background in legal, regulatory, or compliance roles with ability to interpret regulations and translate them into practical guidance.Experience with Consumer Protection Code frameworks or similar conduct regulations.Comfortable handling documentation, reports, and regulatory analysis.Some exposure to complaints management is an advantage.Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural international environment.Start Date:ASAP
