Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Tullamore for Broker Support - Maternity Cover. The Broker Support will be responsible for providing administrative and customer support to brokers, assisting with client inquiries, processing applications, and managing client accounts. Daily tasks will include handling paperwork, coordinating with brokers, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications

* Customer support and client management skills
* Knowledge of financial products and services, including pensions and insurance
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Relevant experience in financial services is a plus
