Reliability Engineer page is loaded## Reliability Engineerlocations: Ireland - Dungarvantime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todaytime left to apply: End Date: October 29, days left to apply)job requisition id: 536415As a Reliability Engineer Professional, you will be responsible for implementing assigned aspects of the site Equipment Reliability program and site strategy by ensuring production equipment is available to produce when needed & to deliver product per customer demand.This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:**Responsibilities:*** Responsible for assigned Reliability initiatives of Production equipment on site, supporting site reliability Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
* Responsible for entering data into Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for stock of production critical spare parts within budget target.
* Adhere to all Haleon safety guidelines and procedures and ensure effective troubleshooting and reoccurrence elimination of breakdowns.
* Recommend improvements and desirable modifications in methods, procedures, processes, equipment and layout, participating in Kaizen events and projects as required.
* Work with managers effectively to execute the policies and goals of the organization and manage vendors and consultants to ensure that contracts contain appropriate technical specifications are delivered as required.
* Interface with users, peers, and management to ensure appropriate input and integration of local and corporate standards.
* Author, review, revise, or approve Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) as required and assign on time Compliance records of Maintenance Department.
* Participate in site Operational Excellence initiatives and stay current on developments in the field of Equipment Maintenance & Reliability and Haleon-Standards.
* Provide technical support for utility systems including but not limited to: high speed packaging lines and manufacturing areas.
* Perform all job responsibilities in compliance with applicable regulations, standard operating procedures, and industry practice.
**Basic Qualifications:**We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience in Maintenance in cGMP Industry.
* 5 years of applied maintenance experience required* Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment* Strong written and verbal communications skills* Familiarity with manufacturing systems and technologies* Computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Power Point)**Preferred Qualifications:**If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:* Expertise in multiple areas of maintenance and reliability, material management, planning and scheduling, and CMMS / EAM / ERP optimization.
* Demonstrated effective communication skills and practices and have experience with reliability productivity tools.
* Understanding of RCM process, failure mode identification, defect analysis, cause and effect analysis, loss elimination, determination of probability, and consequence of failures; along with the use of sFMEA, RCFA decision logic, and writing tasks to mitigate identified failures.
* Knowledge of generic problem solving, and the RCA process.

* Knowledge of equipment assembly, installation, and repair.
* Asset Management experience, its various components and organization.
* Understanding of condition monitoring principles, tools, and application.
