We are seeking a skilled and experienced Leisure Club Operations Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to lead the day-to-day operations of our leisure club.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service to all members and guests at all times, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere within the club.
* Build strong relationships with members through effective communication, regular feedback, and proactive issue resolution.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety throughout the club, including plant and equipment maintenance.
* Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve business objectives, drive revenue growth, and optimize operational efficiency.
* Coordinate and manage staff rosters, training, and development programs to ensure the highest levels of service delivery and employee engagement.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance member satisfaction, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
* Foster a culture of teamwork, inclusivity, and respect among colleagues, promoting open communication, positivity, and effective conflict resolution.
Requirements
* Relevant qualification in people management or hospitality is advantageous.
* Nationally recognized fitness instructor qualification or equivalent is essential.
* Class teaching experience and excellent interpersonal skills are highly desirable.
* Strong business acumen, with understanding of revenue generation, cost control, and target achievement is required.
* Plant maintenance experience and knowledge of health and safety regulations are essential.
