About the Role

* This is an 18-month development program that includes comprehensive training on products and industry trends.


Main Responsibilities

* You will develop sales channels and manage client relationships to drive business growth.
* Negotiate deals with customers and foster strong partnerships.
* Ensure successful sales delivery and optimize prices for premium clients based on region and product type.


Learning and Career Growth

* You will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of the meat processing process.
* Acquire knowledge of the industry, including product options and variations.
* Learn the sales process, commercial agreements, and margin management.


Requirements
