Job Overview
The role of Corporate Sales Head in Europe entails leading a team of sales managers and account executives to expand Procore's Commercial & SMB (Corporate) business. This position is responsible for driving the growth of Procore's renowned SaaS sales organization and revolutionizing the multi-trillion dollar construction industry.
The ideal candidate will cultivate a high-performance culture grounded in accountability and support, while sharing Procore's passion for excellence.
This role reports to the General Manager for Europe and serves as a key member of the European Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new Commercial and SMB (Corporate) customers and expanding existing relationships to meet targets.
* Manage diverse Corporate deals across market segments.
* Lead the European Corporate sales team and all related sales activities.
* Build and retain a high-performing Corporate sales team.
* Coordinate sales strategy and operations for the Corporate segment in Europe.
* Partner with the Marketing and Channel teams to drive revenue targets for the Corporate segment.
* Design, refine, and drive the Corporate GTM (Go-to-Market) strategy for Europe, focusing on operational excellence to maximise return on investment from Marketing and internal delivery functions.
* Develop and scale the regional Channel Partner engagement strategy to expand reach and accelerate revenue growth within the Corporate segment.
* Provide leadership to the Corporate sales team, fostering accountability and high performance.
* Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual Corporate revenue targets for Europe.
* Lead cross-functional workstreams to elevate and develop Procore's business in Europe.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
* Proven success in quota-carrying software sales, preferably within a SaaS environment.
* Familiarity with developing relationships in the Corporate sector, ideally in a high-growth SaaS company.
* A strong track record of executing aggressive growth strategies and consistently exceeding targets.
* Proficiency in sales methodologies and familiarity with Salesforce.
* Experience selling through various channels, including boardroom meetings, product demos, and social selling.
* Proven experience as a second-line sales leader, with a track record of hiring, coaching, and promoting front-line managers to drive performance and team development.
