Director - H.R, Recruitment & Payroll Services
Base pay range: €55,******-€450,******
Location: Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland
Responsibilities:
Managing day-to-day operations of the business.
Reporting directly to the managing director and serving as line manager for the operations, finance and business development managers.
Responsible for hiring, training and development of staff, ensuring consistent team growth.
Acting as the main escalation point for customer and supply-chain issues.
Negotiating all company purchases, leases and supplier contracts.
Reporting to the board on progress weekly and monthly—including sales, marketing analytics, costs and margin.
Planning and executing business growth, including new brands and new regional geographies.
Liaising with subcontractors.
Motivating and leading staff within the business.
Qualifications & Experience:
Experienced senior manager with a proven track record in business development and operations.
Experience managing a sales team; system experience preferred.
Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
