TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client in Kerry to recruit a Temporary Grade III Clerical Officer within a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, 35hour working week.
Contract: Temporary 6 month initial contract Pay rates: €17.04 p/h to €26.52 p/h depending on verified relevant public sector experience.
The successful candidate will be based across two sites and will need to demonstrate flexibility, initiative, strong communication skills, data management and meeting administration.
Key Responsibilities: Minute-taking for operational and clinical team meetings.
Managing a central email inbox, filtering referrals to the appropriate departments or therapists.
Updating and maintaining Excel databases and referral tracking sheets.
Ensuring referral data is handled in line with organisational policies and procedures.
Supporting with assessments as required, using medical secretary knowledge and experience.
Carrying out reception duties, including greeting visitors and handling incoming queries.
General administrative support to the wider team as needed.
Essential Skills and Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry/management.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Experience in a high-paced administrative environment.
Medical secretary experience, including understanding of healthcare terminology and administrative procedures.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
