We are seeking an accomplished and meticulous Senior Accommodation Coordinator to join our esteemed luxury hotel in Wexford.
About the Position
* Oversee all aspects of accommodation management, ensuring precision, efficiency, and a seamless booking journey for every guest.
* Lead and train the accommodation team, liaise with sales and front office, and implement strategies to optimise room revenue while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the accommodation team, guaranteeing consistent delivery of outstanding service.
* Oversee and process bookings, group reservations, and corporate accounts.
* Monitor occupancy levels and implement strategies to maximise yield and revenue.
* Collaborate with Sales, Front Office, and Revenue teams to ensure smooth operations.
* Handle guest queries and resolve booking issues promptly and professionally.
* Train and develop staff, driving a culture of excellence and service.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Senior Accommodation Coordinator or in a senior role within a 4- or 5-star hotel.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in accommodation management systems and Microsoft Office.
* A proactive approach with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
