Restaurant Supervisor
Location: Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa, Maynooth Road
Role & Responsibilities
Ensure all hotel standards are always kept.
Promote the best possible experience for our guests and ensure guest satisfaction.
Train, guide, and coach team members to develop them.
Ensure management presence is visible during service times.
Requirements
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Strong ability to work efficiently and deal with busy periods competently.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Self‑motivated and enthusiastic.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Required Criteria
Candidate must have fluent verbal and written English
Candidate must have a minimum of two years experience in a restaurant, preferably in a hotel
Desired Criteria
Experience with Res Diary
Micros experience
