The Role: The role involves:
1. Maintaining and organizing company records, files, and documentation.
2. Data Entry and management of various online systems.
3. Providing administrative and secretarial support to our team.
4. Acting as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.
5. Assisting customers with scheduling maintenance and service appointments.
The Administrator will be a key member of our expert team and contribute to the growth and development of our Practice.

Requirements: A minimum of three years of experience working in a similar position and having;
* Excellent communication and time management skills.
* Strong analytical skills.
* A willingness to learn and grow professionally.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
* Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
