We are now recruiting a Grade III Clerical Officer for our client in public health, based between Birr and Tullamore. This is a part-time position on an ongoing, temporary basis.
Please note this is two days per week only, one in Tullamore and one in Birr.
THE ROLE:
* Provide clerical support to the clinical team
* Data entry, administration, answering the phone, filing, typing reports/letters
* Assisting with post
* Setting up meetings (in-person or online via MS Teams) scheduling, sending invites & agendas, confirming delegates, taking minutes where required, issuing minutes
* Archiving files
* Uploading manual files to sharedrive/ cloud
* REQUIREMENTS
* Previous clerical / administration / receptionist experience is required
* High levels of confidentiality essential as dealing with sensitive cases
* Must have excellent IT skills
* Must have excellent data processing and attention to detail skills
* Must have planning, organising and diary management skills
* Capable of working in a team and on own initiative
* Working knowledge of GDPR and understanding of general data protection guidelines
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €16.93 per hour
Expected hours: 14 per week
Schedule:
* Day shift
* Monday to Friday
