With 4 Creches and Preschool services in Dublin, Kids Inc is also hosting over 60 'Onsite" Breakfast and Afterschool Care programs throughout the country. Our Liberty Park centre is looking for a qualified Childcare Practitioner/Early Years educator to join their amazing team on a Part-Time Permanent basis. We are looking for kind, enthusiastic, and responsible individuals that can work as part of a team and be ambassadors for Kids Inc Principles. The Role: Create a safe, caring and engaging environment for all children Support the holistic needs of the children and co- construct the learning by observing children's actions and interactions, documenting their interests and develop activities that build upon these observations. Care, educate and supervise the children while considering the child's wellbeing and development physically, socially and emotionally; as well as their language and cognitive learning and development needs Supervision and involvement in meals and mealtimes as opportunities for social learning and development Observe and record children's progress and build trusting relationships with parents and guardians. Ensure a safe, clean and tidy environment according to company H S rules and relevant regulations. Working Hours: 10am-2pm What's in it for you? Fluent English speaker with good communication skills Full Flexibility to work and team spirit A positive approach and genuine love for children Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills Desirable Skills: Experience working in a Creche or Childcare environment First Aid, Manual Handling or Food Safety training All successful candidates will need to go through a Garda Vetting check and provide a Valid Police Certificate (applicable to employees who have lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months since over the age of 18).
