With 4 Creches and Preschool services in Dublin, Kids Inc is also hosting over 60 'Onsite" Breakfast and Afterschool Care programs throughout the country.Our Centres a looking for a qualified Childcare Practitioner/Early Years educator to join their amazing team on a Full-Time Permanent Relief basis. We are looking for kind, enthusiastic, and responsible individuals that can work as part of a team and be ambassadors for Kids Inc Principles.About the Role:As a relief educator, you will play a key role in maintaining continuity of care and education across our early years settings. You'll have the opportunity to work in different rooms and settings, gaining valuable experience while making a positive impact on the lives of young children.Key Responsibilities:Support the implementation of Aistear and Siolta frameworksCreate a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environmentWork as part of a team to deliver high-quality care and educationBuild positive relationships with children, families, and staffAdapt quickly to different teams and routines across centresWhat We're Looking For:Minimum QQI Level 5 in Early Childhood Care & Education (Level 6 or above desirable)Flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitudeAbility to work well in a team and independentlyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPrevious experience in a childcare setting preferredDesirable Skills:Experience working in a Creche or Childcare environmentFirst Aid, Manual Handling or Food Safety trainingAll successful candidates will need to go through a Garda Vetting check and provide a Valid Police Certificate (applicable to employees who have lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months since over the age of 18).If you have a genuine love for children, the right qualifications, and want to be part of a fantastic team with a clear mission, APPLY today.
