We are seeking a skilled Nutrition Specialist to join our team. This role involves working with residents to develop personalized dietary plans, conducting nutritional assessments, and collaborating with healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Familiarize yourself with company policies and procedures
* Conduct nutritional assessments for residents
* Develop and implement personalized dietary plans
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals/members of the multi-disciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care is provided
Skills Required:

i. Bachelor's degree in dietetics/nutrition
ii. CORU registration
iii. Full clean driver's license
iv. An ability to empathise with and understand the needs of others\v.Skill in communication
