An opportunity has arisen for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our Welcome team.
About you:
* At least 1 year's experience in a similar role.
* Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral.
* Ability to communicate clearly and pleasantly via telephone and face-to-face in English, with proper grammar.
* Ability to project a professional image with confidence and leadership qualities.
* Ability to focus, multitask, and organize work efficiently.
* Ability to work well under pressure.
* Ability to interact and engage with guests in a friendly manner.
* Ability to understand and respond appropriately to guest inquiries and needs, remaining calm and courteous, and providing accurate responses.
Main duties and responsibilities:
* Be the first point of contact for guests, representing the Welcome Department in a friendly, energetic, and professional manner via telephone, email, and face-to-face, consistently delivering a Five-Star service in a fast-paced environment.
* Work with management to maintain high morale among the team.
* Assist in achieving goals related to mystery audits, quality evaluations, and hotel standards.
* Help control and manage front office operations effectively.
* Create a memorable experience by collaborating across departments to exceed guest expectations.
* Use up-selling techniques and promote hotel facilities.
